2008 Fly-In Report

A full report of the 2008 fly-in is now available. Click HERE to view.

Intro to the Club

Nottingham Radio Control Society is a club dedicated to the building and flying of radio controlled model aircraft .
We are an affiliated club of the British Model Flying Association, (BMFA) and our flying site is at the southern end of Langar airfield on the Notts and Leics border.
The club has been flying at Langar since 1967 but model flying has taken place here since just after WWII. Check out the club and airfields history. HERE

Event held by the Club

The club has two main events in its calendar. First in the year is our annual Fly-In which normally takes place around the middle of May each year. And the second is our Bonfire Party which is normally held on the Saturday closest to Nov 5th. Both events are open to members and non members alike and all receive an equally warm welcome!
Take a look at the News and Events page and check out some of the previous Fly-in's and Bonfire Parties.
